A gift card is probably the best idea. It may not seem personal, but $100 is a lot of money for a 15 year old and it gives her the freedom to pick out her own stuff. You can pick a store if you can find out her favorites or even better you can buy a prepaid Visa (available at Walmart and other stores) so she can spend the money anywhere that accepts Visa.
